In the 1950 s and 1960 s,in order to speed up the improvement of scientific research,China has set up large and medium-sized design institutes.There are many problems in the construction and optimization of the performance appraisal system of the major design institutes,which to a certain extent is difficult to play a positive role in motivating the employees,resulting in the lack of work initiative and enthusiasm of some employees,and it is difficult to become an effective driving force for the development of the design institutes.In view of the above situation,it is necessary to scientifically construct a perfect performance appraisal system according to the actual situation of the design institute mentioned above,mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of designers and give full play to their subjective initiative,on the one hand,constantly improve the comprehensive competitive strength of the design institute itself,but also provide the necessary technical and talent support for the social and economic development of our country.In this paper,the current situation of JJY design institute and the current performance management method are investigated in the light of the current situation of relevant research and the relevant theories of performance appraisal,and after the survey of the performance appraisal system of the technical personnel of JJY design institute.The following problems are found in the performance appraisal system of the current JJY design institute: there are defects in the appraisal index,the method of performance appraisal is not scientific,the feedback mechanism of the performance appraisal is not reasonable,and the performance appraisal system has the incompleteness of the running difficulty and the application of the performance appraisal.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the optimization and performance of the performance appraisal system of JJY design institute.Evaluation index design,performance appraisal cycle design,performance appraisal result design,performance appraisal result application design and so on optimization strategy,in order to provide certain reference significance for the design institute technical personnel in the theory value and the practice value.
