With the development of world economy, the tendency of economy globalization in the world has accelerated, more and more Chinese enterprises begin to "going out" and have made remarkable achievements. At the same time, the world bridge cable industry faces the situation of rapid development in China, relative atrophy in the developed countries including Europe, American and Japanese and relative lag in the developing countries. This gives China's bridge cable industry a golden historic opportunity to perform transnational operations.The road and bridge material business department of Jiangsu Fasten Group is the biggest bridge cable producer in China. In recent years, it began the process of "going out" on the base of domestic market, and some of its products have been exported to Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, the Republic of Korea and other countries and regions, and this establishes a preliminary foundation on the road and bridge material's transnational operation of Fasten Group. But it has met some difficulties and problems during its transnational operations. Therefore an analysis and discussion on the problems of the transnational operation in road and bridge material transaction of Fasten Group has very important significance in reality under the new circumstances.In this thesis, the theories of transnational operation have been firstly reviewed and summarized comprehensively. On the base of these theories and combining with preliminary practice of road and bridge material transaction's transnational operation of Fasten Group, the motive, entry modes and SWOT analysis on the road and bridge material transaction of transnational operation of Fasten Group are analyzed, and the main problems and solutions of transnational operation are discussed including the training of internationalized talents, brand assets promotion, how to deal with customer relation and risk aversion. Finally, the thesis puts forward some suggestions on promoting transnational operations of the road and bridge material industry in China.
