The Research On Green-Credit Policy Of Rural Credit Cooperative In Hunan Province

This paper analyzes the circumstance of Green-Credit Policy, indicating the general principles and objective rules , listing the typical experience and the development direction of obtaining sustainable development from green-credit policy in home and abroad business bank. On the basis of it,this paper researches on the RCC of Hunan province,reviewing the basic situation of promoting green-credit policy and analyzing the existing problems. At the same time, it researches how to realize the combination of green-credit policy and green development and how to solve the issue of credit assurance. Combined the reality situation in Hunan province, this paper puts forward with the model of"green-credit policy+ green development assurance money".Besides,it systematically analyzes the reasons,feasibility,methods and the necessary mechanism of the model so that using green-credit policy solves the problem of green-credit, pushing the development of green-credit policy,green industry and green economy .Finally,the RCC realizes the green of financial production , enhancing the competence in the company of taking social responsibilities.
