Since the 18 th National Congress, the concept of green shore development has been upgraded to a basic national strategy, and the green and high-quality development of agriculture has become an inherent requirement for rural revitalization, which is the concrete practice of the overall layout of "Five-in-One" and the theory of "Two Mountains" in rural revitalization.the lack of agricultural-related financial supply still restricts the further promotion of rural revitalization in China. Therefore,in the current era of insufficient supply of rural credit funds,it is of great practical significance to study the impact of insufficient credit supply on the green production behavior of agricultural operators and analyze the actual credit fund demand of farmers for green development. The main research idea of this paper is to provide a theoretical basis for studying the credit support of financial institutions for the green development of agricultural business subjects based on the current realistic background of green development and the realistic analysis of credit availability of agricultural business subjects in the context of insufficient rural credit supply,to empirically analyze the credit influence mechanism of different green technology behaviors adopted by agricultural business subjects, and the green credit demand satisfaction status and credit demand characteristics of typical agricultural enterprises, and to deduce the countermeasure inspiration for the development of agricultural green credit. The main research contents include the following aspects: firstly,we analyze the current situation of insufficient supply of agricultural credit funds in China in depth, and use a total of 957 research data from four provinces in 2018 to study the current situation of credit availability and credit perception of farmers in general agricultural operation subjects in China and the influencing factors;secondly, according to the characteristics of positive externalities of green technologies, green agricultural technologies are divided into general green technologies and positive externalities Finally, based on the visits to 11 leading agricultural enterprises,we select typical cases to study their specific green production behaviors, summarize the characteristics of capital demand and credit access of different high-quality green development agricultural enterprises under green transformation Finally, based on the visits of 11 leading agricultural enterprises,we select typical cases to study their specific green production behaviors, summarize the characteristics of capital demand and credit access of different high-quality green development agricultural enterprises under green transformation, and form relevant policy inspiration.Based on the above research, this paper draws the following conclusions: Based on the above research, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, insufficient financial supply leads to supplybased credit constraints and credit demand inhibition among farmers, and more importantly, insufficient long-term credit supply leads to some agricultural business subjects gradually moving away from formal credit and cognitive biases in credit information of financial institutions, and in terms of the influence mechanism, characteristics such as resource endowment of agricultural business subjects affect credit of farmers to varying degrees.availability and credit perception.Second, for general green technology adoption, credit demand suppression or credit constraint has different effects on agricultural technologies with different financial attributes, indicating that credit double constraints do affect general green technology adoption by agricultural operators, and part-time or pure non-farm households are more likely to abandon green technologies with short-term gain attributes due to credit demand suppression in the context of farm household differentiation.Third, credit demand suppression significantly and negatively affects the adoption behavior and application intensity of different types of environmentally friendly agricultural technologies by agricultural operators, and farmers in economically backward regions are more likely to abandon the adoption of environmentally friendly agricultural technologies due to lack of capital.Fourth, the green production behavior of enterprises under command-and-control policies mainly manifests itself in the form of relevant restrictive policies and standards forcing enterprises to green production, leading to an increase in their green credit funding demand, and the green production of enterprises with autonomous high-quality market transformation mainly manifests itself in the form of funding demand for different green production under enterprise expansion.Based on the research findings, this paper draws the following policy insights: First, for the problem of insufficient credit supply and credit supply-demand gap,the financial support system for the three rural areas through multiple measures to effectively alleviate the local failure of the agricultural loan market.Second, for the problem of farmers' credit demand suppression and credit cognitive bias, relevant credit policies of financial institutions should be publicized,so as to alleviate farmers' credit demand suppression and credit cognitive bias in a targeted manner.Third, for general green technology adoption, financial institutions should provide special credit support policies to solve the problem of low technology adoption by farmers due to insufficient credit supply, and at the same time, they should fully consider the current situation of farmers' differentiation and solve the problem of insufficient adoption of farming technology for part-time and pure non-farmers' arable land quality improvement by expanding agricultural socialization services or promoting land transfer.Fourth, for the adoption of environmentally friendly agricultural technologies, special credit support is a prerequisite for the adoption of green technologies by farmers, but it is more important to consider their externalities and promote government subsidies or play the role of policy propaganda, especially for regions with backward economic development, the government should increase the propaganda of the basic concept of "green water and green mountains are the silver mountain of gold" to strengthen The government should promote the basic concept of "green mountains and green hills are the silver mountains" to strengthen farmers' awareness of environmentfriendly agricultural technology.
