Mechanisms Research On The Relationship Between Corporation And Farmers In The Chain Of Biomass Energy

The development of biomass energy industry chain has two important meanings, one is to ease the energy supply, the other is to increase the famer's income, realize the industrialization of agriculture which are helpful for the solution of"three rural"issues. Based on this, the paper make research on the development of biomass energy industry. There are two factors which affect the development of biomass energy industry: technologies of biomass energy's utilize, and governance of various actors in the industrial chain. The conversion cost of biomass energy is still relatively high in our country, the government paid great price in supporting the development of biomass energy. The technologies of biomass energy's utilize is one of the bottlenecks which has hindered the development of biomass energy industry , it deserves the government and corporation's corporation,they work hard to overcome the technical difficulties. Biomass energy industry chain is the agro-industry chain, the agricultural products of farmers are so vital to the development of the industry, so the importance of farmers is self-evident. Farmers can or not be stable and sufficient supply of the agricultural products has restricted the development of chain, how to handle well with the relationship between the farmers and corporation will determine the development of biomass energy industry chain.Summarizes the basic theory of industrial chain management and analysis of the main characteristics of biomass energy industry, then make research on governance mechanisms of relationship between the farmers and corporation. Then respectively from the vertical integration, market contracts, strategic alliances to talk about the three way of governance in the biomass energy industry chain. In addition, make comparative choices creatively of three governance in proprietary assets, market structure, cost of management.Based on the above, the best way to analyze is selected. This paper use the modern methods and tools of game theory to investigate the stability of strategic alliance relationship between corporations and farmers, to create a game tree, propose the new strategic alliance model of"local government between corporation and farmers", use a leader model to analyze stability of the new game model again. Finally, in the above of quantitative analysis, in order to further the stability of the new strategic alliance, give suggestions from government, corporation and farmers according to the"local government between corporation and farmers".
