Under the background of dealing with the shortage of land and resources in the world,the development of sand industry will also usher in new trends and opportunities.In order to enhance the comprehensive development ability of sand areas,the State Forestry Administration issued the opinions on further speeding up the Development of Sand Industry,requiring all provinces in sand areas to correctly grasp the current situation of sand industry development and complete the "formation of a large scale of circular economy.The proportion of renewable energy has increased significantly".In the past half century,after people realized the contradiction between supply and demand of fossil energy,biomass energy became more and more prominent because of its reproducibility and environmental protection,and most scholars at home and abroad began to revolve around biomass energy related technologies.Research on application and development prospect.Long-term studies have found that large-scale production of biomass raw materials will be a breakthrough to solve the problem of replacing fossil energy with biomass energy.Therefore,a few scholars have taken the lead in carrying out some basic and applied research related to the field of "energy agriculture",and have also made great progress.Based on the theory of sand industry and the principle of circular economy,the development of sand industry takes the development of biomass energy as the national strategic focus,which is based on the geographical conditions of energy resources and special advantages contained in sand area.It will gradually improve the situation of large biomass energy stock and variety diversification,but scattered distribution,and no largescale production.Further,combined with the development planning of sand area and the characteristics of knowledge-intensive sand industry,through local policies to support the implantation of leading industries in sand areas,the efficient use of modern agricultural science and technology,Finally,a sand industry development model with biomass energy as the core is formed.This development model has the advantages of ecological closure,sequential expansibility,benefit coexistence and so on.It is of great significance to open up a sand area construction framework which combines development and development,which is of great significance to promote the development of biomass energy and other new industries in China.Taking the sand area farm project of JC city as an example,this paper focuses on how to scientifically distribute the agricultural seed and culture form in sand area,rely on modern agricultural science and technology,create a good growth environment for animals and plants,and realize high quality and high yield of animals and plants.The goal of high efficiency is to realize the large-scale production of biomass raw materials.In the study,the investment return algorithm is used to analyze the investment and return of farm projects.The results show that the sand industry project has strong solvency,high degree of interest rate guarantee and strong capital operation ability.Under the vision of enterprises paying attention to the overall development,scale production and ecological improvement of sand area for a long time,the sand industry based on biomass energy will become a regional economic system to undertake strategy and innovation.We will inject more efficient impetus into the long-term development of the sand industry.
