On The Resons Behind The Non-governmental Economy In Zhe Jiang Province

Non-governmental capital in Zhejiang, under the condition of poor background, has come from nothing to the outstanding economic power during last30years, behind which the law is quite appealing. The subject we're talking about is the law making rapid growth of the NGE realized, and from the perspectives of Cultural Capital in Zhejiang, Human Capital in Zhejiang and Specially-Concentrated Markets, we're probing for the law hidden behind resilient and persistent growing of the NGE. In the first chapter of the thesis, we have described the background from which the NGE has grown, which reveals the special mode of Zhejiang economics; and following three chapters are key chapters for the thesis and named by the CC in Zhejiang and the NGE in Zhejiang, the HC in Zhejiang and the NGE in Zhejiang and the SCM in Zhejiang and the NGE in Zhejiang. Specifically, positive feedback exists among the CC, the HC, and the SCM, strengthening each other. The CC imposing effect on the NGE through the HC and the SCM, while the HC and the SCM impose direct effect on the NGE. In the HC chapter we have further divided HC into HC on knowledge and HC on experience, and conducted empirical tests through data available.The conclusions are as followings: Conclusion1:The level of culture capital stock in Zhejiang at the beginning of the policy of reform and open was quite high, filling the void of material capital; the culture capital in Zhejiang is characterized by self-increasing, leading to positive feedback among CC,HC and SCMs. CC imposes indirect effects on the NGE through HC and SCMs while HC and SPMs direct effects on the NGE.Conclusion2:Zhejiang is categorized into the district with intensive experienced human capital; and through time serial data spanning from1995-2010and based on the results of empirical test, experienced human capital makes greater contribution than knowledge human capital; According to International experience, the stock of experienced human capital is faced by downsizing.Conclusion3:SCMs results from both culture capital and human capital, and is the key reason why the NGE has been developing rapidly without enough investment. SCMs increases market capacity and market depth to promote labor-dividing and district economy growth. The innovations in the thesis are as followings:1. The NGE results from the CC's self-increasing and is main reason why the NGE has been developing rapidly. CC imposes indirect effects on the NGE through HC and SCMs while HC and SCMs direct effects on the NGE.2. By categorizing the HC, different contribution made by the HC of different types is isolated; and that the experienced HC has made greater contribution is proven true by empirical test.
