Empirical Study On The Relation Between Rural Human Capital And Rural Economy Growth In Si Chuan Province

In the background of knowledge economy with material capital investment, stimulating economic growth pattern has been difficult to adapt to the resource shortage society with fast rhythm. More and more research shows that human capital for economic development has a key role.After reading lots of literature in human capital and economic growth, the article focuses on Sichuan province countryside. Sichuan province is a major agricultural province, rural labor force is very rich, through to the rural human capital and the rural economic development relationship between empirical research, found in Sichuan province, the rural labor force has great potential in improving the rural labor force to take a series of measures of human capital, the development of rural economy there are still a lot of room to rise.This article mainly includes the four parts:first, human capital and economic growth at home and abroad of literature research, reviews, and then on the rural human capital research on learning. Second, in Sichuan province, the rural economy and rural human capital are transverse longitudinal comparative analysis, found in recent years in Sichuan province, the rural economy has been increasing steadily, the development of the economy structure also gradually to adjust, and wins initial success. Sichuan province rural labor education level is relatively low in other provinces, the primary level is still the mainstream level. Medical and health care situation is not optimistic. Compared with other provinces, Sichuan province rural human capital quality is low. Third, in Sichuan province rural human capital and the rural economic development of the relationship between the empirical research.
