Research On Manufacturing Informationization Platform In Tianjin Based On SaaS

With the rapid development of information technology and product under globalizationbackgroud, the construction of informationization is becoming an important phase formanufacturing enterprises to survive and develop well and to enhance innovation andcompetitiveness effectively during global competition. However, as the insignificance of theirown conditions, lacking of appropriate informationization hardware and software equipment,insufficiency of professional technical personnel and adequate funding, manufacturingenterprises are not developed satisfactorily in the process of information construction. Whilethe appearance of SaaS acts as the disruptive technology to the traditional mode of softwareservice, it provides viable informationization solutions for manufacturing enterprises. Itprovides plenty kinds of application services and personalized service to meet the demand ofmanufacturing enterprises by the way of rent to reduce the risk and cost, which can helpmanufacturing enterprises to improve production efficiency and quality of management.The dissertation firstly analyzed development process and research status of SaaStechnology, and listed some SaaS software developed at home and abroad. Based on this,SaaS model was analyzed, at the same time the concept, advantages and maturity model ofSaaS was elaborated. By using word frequency statistics to analyze hot spot on SaaStechnology in China, SaaS technology was proved to be applied maturely ininformationization platform in China to provide theoretical foundation and technical supportduring the building of manufacturing informationization platform in Tianjin based on SaaS.Then the current situation and problems of manufacturing informationization in Tianjin wereraised under the discussion of status in informationization in Tianjin. Building manufacturinginformationization platform was an effective solution to these problems. The dissertationdescribed the needs to build the manufacturing informationization platform, pointed the needsof manufacturing enterprises informationization in all aspects, designed a functional structurefor the platform and introduced each function module in detail. Through the detailed analysisof the starting point and guiding principle of the platform, the frame structure and networktopology were designed. This platform would guide the construction of manufacturingenterprises informationization based on six stages characteristics of Nolan model. Finally, thisdissertation described the mechanism operating of the platform, including platform operatingsystem, system maintenance, consulting and training system, and platform securitymechanisms, during which the operational advantages were discussed respectively usingstatic game and Stan Greenberg dynamic oligopoly game. We can get the conclusion thatmanufacturing informationization platform in Tianjin based on SaaS is the best solution tosolve manufacturing informationization problems.
