It's been more than two decades since information-based construction was carried out among manufacturing enterprises in China, but the whole process didn't go off as smoothly as we had expected. The reason, most likely, lies in the fact that a major part of manufacturing enterprises are developing by leaps and bounds and they have various information-bases. Thus, only by a thorough study on elementary factors that influence the process of informationization and an identification and evaluation of them can we sense the weak links. Therefore, focused improvements will be carried through to promote the success rate of the project of informationization.According to the features of informationization of manufacturing enterprises in China, the essay proposes principles of evaluating indicators, on which different levels are set and ways of evaluation and calculation are established. Apply AHP of subjective and weighing approaches and Analytic Approach of Main Composition of objective weighing approaches to reach the index weight separately, and then synthesize them with a proper index weight to acquire the final index of the evaluation system. Therefore, this set of scheme can not only concern the ideas of experts on the significance of index weight between and the national policy option but also deepen the internal relation between indexes, eliminate the inter relation efficiently, and remove the repeated information in the results to make them objective and accurate. Targeting on the features of the evaluation system, dimensionless method has been carried out to analyze the indexes. And eventually critical value is employed as the way to reach the conclusion. Weighted average method of comprehensive assessment is employed to work out the final comprehensive assessment. Thus a complete evaluation system comes in to being which achieves a more meaningful conclusion on the evaluation system of manufacturing enterprisesVia evaluation on informationization, enterprises will be instructed to improve information-bases and make a full preparation of its smooth process, which well provide a guarantee of informationization of enterprises. However, the researches on the relevant fields are still in the early stage. Thus, a deep and thorough study on evaluation of the informationization of enterprises is of great significance to the instructions and developments of manufacturing enterprises in China.
