The large scale projects of software integration involves several companies and multiple complex technology, in addition to human reliability building character and limited project circle, often make the software corporation feel hard to deal with, the progress later and later, the quality worse and worse. In the end, it is hard to say if the project had finished. Executing the effective risk management framework is a significant method to improving the project success rate.Took a software integration project from the " Nuclear High Base Major Special" as an example, learned from the classical risk management theories, combined the enterprise risk management theories and the software project risk management theory, constructed a large scale software integration project risk management framework, and proved the validity of the framework. In the framework the integrated software project risk is divided into four major categories:software development risk, integrated environmental risk, the project deployment risk and the relationship risk of the construction unit of the organization, in each category is subdivided by multiple small classes. The Framework take the risk list as the core, put forward a series of risk management deployment steps, and provide the key of the deployment or the available tools. During the risk identification, to identify risk and recorded in the risk list; During the risk analysis, to analyze the risk likelihood and severity of its consequences, and recorded in the list; During the risk evaluation, according to the risk analysis results, flag the risk sequence in the risk coordinate graph, and the serial number is divided into three regions, which equaled to the three grades of the risk assessment; During the risk treatment, according to the three risk regions to take corresponding strategies. The series of the steps of the Framework are move in circles, ongoing, until the project objectives is achieved.The paper takes the software project risk management as the main, takes the enterprise risk management as a auxiliary, provides a longitudinal line analysis method which is from whole to the local and from the local to the details, this paper presents a risk management plan which could be referred when the software enterprise in the face of large software projects, it has strong feasibility.
