Jilin province is a large agriculture province, it is a important commodity grainproduction base in our country. With the progress of science and technology,agricultural productivity increase year by year, more and more rural labor forces arefree from agriculture production. At the same time, theagriculture mechanization production level of Jilin Province is not high, the rurallabor forces plays a vital role in agricultural production. As the labor force transfer ina few part of Jilin Province,"farmer barren" phenomenon appeared, the new ruralconstruction has produced a series of negative effects.This paper studies the transfer of rural labor in Jilin province and the currentsituation of rural labor resource in Jilin Province, put forward rural labor resourcesexisting problems, analyze the reasons of the problems, and proposes the relatedcountermeasures, hope to be able to increase the income of farmers in Jilin Province,improve rural living standard and to help for the construction of new rural area. This paper consists of four parts.The first part mainly in the introduction, including research background andsignificance, current situation on domestic and foreign labor transfer research,research ideas and methods,and the paper's structure.The second part mainly in the rural labor resources in Jilin province and thewhole nation and Jilin province of labor force transfer in partial area of Jilin Province,the rural labor transfer, characteristics, and current predicament of rural labor.In the third part, Jilin provincial labor resources is simple analysised, mainlyincludes the theory of population flow, Jilin province labor resources cause analysisetc.. Produce resource of rural labour force problem the main reasons are: Regionaltransfer of surplus labor force ratio are part of labor transfer, excessive, cause rurallabor shortage;the rural labor force of Jilin province farmland of average per capitamore, relatively heavy burden; production of Jilin province agriculture mechanizationlevel is low.
