The Step Transfor Of Rural Labor Force In Lin Yi County In Shanxi Province

Since the reform and opening up, the transfer of rural labor in China had more than thirty years of history, the transfer of rural labor force played a great role in promoting on China’s urban and rural economic development. China was a country with a large population, and agriculture population accounted for the majority of the population, it had been more than half of total population until last year. But our country should realize industrialization, modernization, and transform the dualistic structure to balanced growth, rural labor need transform to other industries. Therefore, the transfer of rural labor in China had a great importance for China’s economic development and the establishment of socialist harmonious society.In this paper, based on studying the case in Lin Yi County in Shanxi Province, physical inventoried the course of history of Transferring Approaches of Surplus Labor Forces. Longitudinally was analyzed the background, patterns, features and barriers adding practical conditions and interview data. Writer described present situation of the transfer of rural labor in Lin Yi County, analyses the step of the transfer of rural labor in Lin Yi County, and got the result that the transfer of rural labor in Lin Yi County didn’t arrive Lewis turning point. At last, I offered advice for urban rural integration.
