From"Sudan Red"incident to"Clenbuterol" and "Sanlu milk powder" incident.....all such kind of incident are related with famous company, though the investigtation result shows that the key quality issue was happened in the upper stream supply,it still have great negative impact on the name and the social image of the company. More things like these are keep minding the company that during their operation, not only focus on their social responsibility management inside, but also the social responsibility management in the supply chain. The company must to avoid the risk through the supply chain management and risk management.so the compnay need to manage the social responsibility well both inside and outside. CSR management in the supply chain is the most important part of the company development strategy, it is the foundation of improving the competition power and obtaining the continuant development, so it has some significant meaning to study the CSR management in supply chain.This thesis is according to the logic of educing the question, describing the question, analysising the question and solving the question. On the base of extensive reading of the theory research books and viewpoints in domestic and overseas, firstly employs the way of criterion analysis to study and learn the the definition, connotation and development stage of CSR and supply chain, to make the theory fundation for the following empirical analysis of the CSR management in supply chain of Masersk Container Indusry Co., Ltd, to analysis, summary, find out the current situation and issues of the supply chain CSR management and solve it.With reference of the "Responsible Procurement" project in supply chain of A.P.MOLLER Maersk Container Industry Co.,Ltd and based on the reality of the "Responsible Procurement" management, this thesis study the supply chain CSR management, figure out the issues and difficulties and give the suggestion and solutions to solve the problem, promote the continuance development with CSR competitive power.
