Research On Optimization Strategy Of Zongshen Group Purchasing Platform Based On Supply Chain Coordination

Under the situation of deepening international competition,it is necessary to strengthen the adaptability of enterprises to dynamic environment,enhance the interorganization effect of enterprises,and build a group of enterprises with competitive advantage through management to improve the efficiency of supply chain resource use effectively.For the core enterprises in the supply chain,the scientific and reasonable purchasing plan is formulated through the cooperative purchasing of the supply chain according to the development strategy of the enterprise,and by means of the positive contact with the upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain,an open,communication and efficient information exchange system is formed.The management level of the industry in the supply chain link can effectively reduce the operating cost and accelerate the response speed of the enterprise supply and marketing process is very necessary.Based on the supply chain collaborative purchasing process of Zongshen Group,this paper studies the current situation of supply chain synergy with Zongshen Group by literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey,and makes a concrete study on the existing financial audit,purchasing information management,supplier management,purchasing price,problem purchasing contract management,purchasing logistics,acceptance,warehousing management process,and puts forward the purchasing objectives,the targeted optimization process and optimization method of the whole purchasing process,including 9 modules and 11 optimization methods.Cheng,as well as how to expand the procurement synergy and realize the overall synergy of collectivization,proposed to extend the synergy to the upstream and downstream industrial chains,to analyze the situation of the cooperative procurement of supply chain of the group,and put forward the ways and methods of collectivization and system maintenance based on the cooperation of purchase,sale,storage and supply,marketing and marketing.The basic conclusions of this paper are as follows:The first is to improve the platform procurement process,so that the procurement department information not only according to the standard standardized information with logistics,warehousing,production,finance departments to achieve effective docking and communication,greatly improve the procurement department work systematic and scientific.The second is to put forward a cooperative mechanism based on the cooperation of production and marketing,which promotes the function and execution efficiency of purchasing department in the coordination of group purchasing and sales.The third is to ensure the multi-directional supply chain cooperation,the platform system operation guarantee and the mechanism safeguard strategy,in order to support the platform in the future can continuously and effectively play its optimization role.Fourth,the hidden value of the group management income brought by the overall improvement of supply chain synergy efficiency after the optimization of the platform is more than millions per year.The main significance of this paper is as follows: first,through the supply chain synergy theory in the construction of modern enterprise system has an important theoretical guidance role;second,through the platform optimization,greatly improve the procurement coordination management efficiency will,put an end to the information island effect,greatly improve the synergy of various departments.There are 16 graphs,5 tables and 87 references in this paper.
