The success of an enterprise requires good marketing strategies and effective marketing implementation as well. Marketing executive ability is an important factor which have critical impact with success of enterprise. And it is one important part of the enterprise competitiveness. Executive ability is closely related to the future of an enterprise. A company who has no executive ability will not be able to develop further or survive in such a fierce competition environment. The lack of marketing executive ability wastes the human resource, material resource and financial resource and also make the expected goal more difficult to become reality. It is the time to build the marketing executive ability of enterprises. chirm. How to enhance the marketing executive ability of enterprises has become the main topic in academia and industry so as to improve the core competence and sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the description of execution capability theory, marketing execution theory, organization structure theory and organization culture theory, using the methods of ease study and criterion analyses, system research and question driving mode and synchronously, the current situation of YKK Dalian's marketing executive ability got analyzed. Then analyses the problems and reasons in factors of process, personnel, regulation,culture and so on. Then the thesis raises the countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the marketing execution capability of DALIAN YKK ZIPPER CO., LTD. in aspects of process innovation, building up a learning marketing team, system innovation and constructing execution culture. The countermeasures and methods on prompting YKK Dalian's marketing execution is a systematic project so it should be constructed across the-board without permitting attend to one thing and lose another.Due to problems in access to data as well as limitation of personal skills, the study in this paper is still suffering some defects:not only some data is old and some are missing, along with absence of certain graphs and detailed interpretations; but also suggestions may be a bit vague because of over-emphasize on the width and ignorance of specification and depth. Those are to be improved in the future.
