With the globalization of economy and the advent of the information age, the private equipment manufacturing enterprise of rapid development and the rise of enterprise management requirements more and more perfect. The idea of managers constantly updated, quality enhances unceasingly, more and more enterprise managers to recognize the importance of performance management in enterprise, therefore, performance management gradually become the core of the enterprise management. For private equipment manufacturing enterprises, professional technical ability, plays an important role, its decision with the development of the enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise in competitive markets survive development, it is necessary to maximizing their human resources, and improve the professional technology staffs work enthusiasm, build the core competitive ability. But at present, the enterprise professional and technical personnel in the performance evaluation of the problems existing in the design of the makes the enterprise human resources can not be fully utilized. This paper summarizes the performance theory and method, combining the characteristics of the professional technical personnel and the enterprise original performance problems existing in the system, and puts forward a new performance evaluation model. With this model, we can not only system analysis and make different position of the professional technical personnel performance evaluation method, it can also inspection result feedback and application development, has the extensive feasibility and applicability. To analyze the suitable enterprise specialized technical personnel's performance management and to provide a more perfect train of thought.
