Regarded as the 21st century hoping industry, modem logistics is called "the third profit source", the uncultured "black continent" and "the pillar of country economy". But the talents training, especially the logistic managers training, cannot keep up with step of the logistics speedy development. Many logistics enterprises in China are suffering from "the bottleneck" of logistic managers.This thesis gives out and analyzes the conception of talents, logistic talents and logistic managers firstly. Aiming at the typical problems in the training of logistic managers, this paper finds out some contraventions on the demand and supply of logistic talents in China. Then it discusses the vocational requirement of logistic managers, appraisement system of the Logistic Managers, the training practice in foreign countries and its revelation, and puts forward the theory of "the training model of logistic managers on the basis of vocational Requirement" in order to guide the logistic managers training. In the last chapter, the author offers some constructing thoughts on the training model. The last case shows that it can preferably settle the bad phenomenon of examination-oriented training and the graduates can adapt to the demands of logistics enterprise preferably.
