Abstract/Summary:
With China's auto productions and sales as well as car ownerships continue to increase, China's auto parts market scale continues to expand, from this background, which also led to China's auto parts aftermarket scale increased. Therefore, in order to seize the auto parts aftermarket, we need to create a standardization operation mode that siuts in China's auto parts aftermarket which based on the current operation mode.This paper firstly pointed out China's auto parts aftermarket constitute, and analyzed the development environment of this aftermarket. Although China's auto parts aftermarket infrastructure was frail and not perfect enough,with the constant introduction of China's automobile industry policy, China's auto parts aftermarket is bound to develop healthily. Simultaneously,in the law of this market itself, China's auto parts aftermarket will toward the direction of large-scale, diversified operation mode development.On this basis, according to the annual China's auto parts aftermarket scale data, using the method of integration based on a varieties of predictive tools to predict the development scale of China's auto parts aftermarket in "12th Five-Year". The results show that during the "12th Five-Year" period, the scale of China's auto parts aftermarket will still continue to expand, which will reach to660billion yuan in2016, the average growth rate between2012-2016is18.21%.These results have great reference significance for guiding China's auto parts aftermarket development.Therefore, in order better to win the market, by consolidating the existing four auto parts aftermarket business model, we established a standardized, universal business model. Using the magnet theory, we proposed rationalization recommends of the auto parts store layout, which operated on this operating mode.Finally, taking one auto parts store for example,in accordance with its development strategic planning in this market,we modeled and simulated this operating system based on AnyLogic,and came to the conclusions that the operating system's average queue length was4.681, the entire service system resource utilization was97%.Lastly,we proposed rationalization recommends about service capacity design and allocation of human resources in this store.
