At present, EOV hasn't drawn enough attention in both academic circle and enterprising circle. Since previous researches are not comprehensive and profound, this thesis will probe the formatting mechanism and valuing methods of EOV based on empirical study which is meaningful on both theoretical and practical level in decreasing the loss and increasing the profit and the sustainable developing capability of companies. This thesis is of7chapters. The first chapter is the introduction illustrating the researching target and meaning of this very thesis, the previous study by domestic and foreign experts on vulnerability, enterprise vulnerability, vulnerability rating and the corresponding roadmaps.
