There are many indicators to measure the employees'loyalty in the organization, however, in academia it often use organizational commitment to measure the loyalty. In recently year, with the change of external environment, the employee's organizational commitment is also gradually decreased in civilian enterprise, because the employee reduce the dependence a lot in the civilian enterprise compared with the previous .In civilian enterprise there is lower level awareness of leadership styles ,let alone how to enhance the leadership styles to improve the level of organizational commitment. How to improve the leadership styles , domestic scholars have many different opinions. Using the existing research,Literature review and questionnaire resurvey,to investigate the employees of civilian enterprises in Zhejiang, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Fujian. Basing on civilian enterprise theory, the leadership theory, organization commitment theory.Discussed the relationship between transactional/transformational leadership styles and organization commitment, describes the employees'different attributes impact on the variables.The main conclusions gained are as follows:1. The level of civilian enterprise employees'organizational commitment was moderate.2. Different gender has significant effect on leadership styles and organizational commitment in civilian enterprise.3. Different jobs have significant effect to the employees'organizational commitment.4. Employees'affective commitment has a positive impact by the transactional leadership styles and transformational leadership styles and in civilian enterprise.5. Compared with the transactional leadership styles, transformational leadership styles have a strong relevance with affective commitment, it shows transformational leadership styles more easily to make employee produce the sense of identity and belonging in the organization.6. Civilian enterprise employees'affective commitment and continuance commitment have no relationships, and vice versa.
