The high-quality leadership can condense the centripetal force of enterprises and set up fine corporate culture and the strong leadership is often the most important key factor of an organization' developing, improving and recycling. In Bass's (1985) "Leadership and Performance Beyond Expectation" book, mentioned about the leadership theory of the "Transformational Leadership", "Transactional Leadership" and the "Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire" (MLQ). From the view that was combined, Bass advocated an outstanding executive must act as the transactional leadership style (management function) and transformational leadership style (leader function).Taiwan's competitiveness of Electronic information products became the international level gradually, because of the idea of "claim and stress the sleeve". The leaders of Taiwan's electronics and information industries have combined the leadership and the functions of management - the Transformational and the Transactional leadership styles, to probe into its influence on efficiency of leading. The motivation of this research is to investigate Bass's transformational and transactional leadership styles on influencing leader's efficiency. We also use MLQ questionnaire to understand the behavior of leading in Taiwan's electronic information industrial circle. This study was also to investigate the relationship between the leadership style and leading efficiency. The results compared to Bass's theory and provided the organization possibilities of expounding that theory.Chapter one and chapter two of this paper explaine the background and motive of the research, the purpose of the research, the research structure, literature review of the transactional leadership style, the transformational leadership style.Chapter three of this paper explaines the instrument, population, methodology and research limitation.
