China is a large agricultural country. Farm,farmer,farming problem is always the top issue which impacts the economic development, social harmony and stability. Therefore, since2004, the central file has been focusing on "three farming" problem. As Guizhou is one of the provinces that lag behind in agriculture development, the income of farmer are relatively low and the country constructions make slow progress, solving the "three farming" problem has become the most urgent thing.On January12th2012, the state council promulgated the "Some Opinions about Promoting Economic and Social Development in Guizhou"(Guofa (2012)2date file). In "Opinions", it is also pointed out that as one of the multi-ethnic province in west of China, the poverty problem is one of its top concern. Poverty and underdevelopment is the main contradiction in Guizhou province, the main task for the moment is to accelerate the development in Guizhou. Rural finance, which is an important factor influencing rural economic growth, is worthy of attention and research on how to implement reform to promoting rural economic growthBased on previous researches, this research adopts the financial development and economic growth theory into rural area, analyze empirically the impact of rural financial on supporting rural economic growth in a specific region. It may has the important significance to development of rural finance and rural economic for the Chinese Western Ethnic Areas. From the view of specific research method, based on the studies on mechanism, status of the rural economic growth, and rural financial development in Guizhou Province, this research then analysed the correlation of rural finance and rural economic growth by adopting empirical analysis and metric analysis on rural economic growth and rural financial support. The conclusions are as follows, reached the following conclusions:there is a long-term stable relation between rural economic growth and rural finance support. Agriculture loan is not the Granger cause of the rural economic growth in Guizhou province, instead, rural township enterprises loans is the Granger causes of rural economic growth in Guizhou province. It indicates that the improvement of rural financial system on the development of rural finance in Guizhou can only be interpreted as that rural loan doesn't have much impact on economic growth, and loans to Township Enterprises have obvious impact on rural economic growth. Finally, this research focuses on how to promote the financial support in Guizhou from the four dimensions. They are as follows, improving the rural financial system, improving rural financial support policy, innovating rural financial support method and improving rural finance environment support.The focus of this study is on analyzing rural economic growth and rural financial support in Guizhou with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and then adopts the analysis results in thinking about how to develop the rural financial support in Guizhou province. The difficulties and innovation of this paper is in selecting factors to represent the Guizhou rural financial support and rural economic growth. And the research result could be biased from the accuracy due to the data selection. The innovation point is try to adopt the financial development and economic growth theory to the rural area level and observe the support that rural finance have on rural economic growth with multiple disciplines such as National Economics, Econometrics, Development Economics, Finance and so on. Therefore, this paper hopes to have a comprehensive, accurate selection of the related data, and then combine it with econometric model to analyze the rural financial support of rural economic growth in Guizhou province.
