Research On The Devlopment Of Tea Industralizaton In Hainan Province

Tea is one of the world's three major drinks. Tea industry is one of the advantages of traditional industry in China. With the accession to the WTO, the domestic and international tea market is increasingly competitive. In the international market, India and Sri Lanka strongly support their tea industry,at the same time, Vietnam and Indonesia are also paying attention to the tea exports. The further improvement of the EU testing standards has a significant impact on China's tea exports. In the domestic market, the tea areas were competing for industrial development.Some areas have obtained remarkable economic benefits. The tea industry as an important economic industry in Hainan, not only promoted local economic development, also contributed to related personnel of employment.In a word, industrialization was the inevitable choice for tea industry of Hainan. Industrialization of the tea industry, Based on market-oriented, relying on leading enterprises, the combination of small-scale with thousands of families, large groups of the type of tea production base, the formation of the tea industry and commerce organic integration of industrial chain and the community of interests, to alleviate the small-scale production with the largest market convergencecontradictions, yield, efficiency and innovative business organizations.This paper mainly adopts the literature research method, comparison, induction and analysis method, field survey method, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods. Access to large amounts of literature and information on the tea industry, this paper sums up and absorbs the results of previous studies. By analyzing the situation of the domestic tea industry,it summarizes the characteristics of the tea areas and brings new inspiration for the development of tea industry in Hainan.Selecting Baisha green tea as typical of the tea industry in Hainan,the author visited the tea industry staff to collect data on tea cultivation, processing, transportation, sales and so on.These data is the original basis of the study. Through the qualitative and quantitative method, this paper analyzes the present situation and disadvantage of tea industy, and puts forward the corresponding suggestion on the industrialization.In this paper, the agricultural industrialization theory and industrial organization theory are used.It expounds market structure, organizational behavior and market performance of the three basic areas. On the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the industrialization, this paper expounds the background and the advantage of the industrialization in Hainan tea industry.It puts forward suggestion on the industrialization as follows:(a) Development of high quality tea garden, and realize the regionalbase.(b)Cultivating the leading enterprises, promote industrialization process.(c) Extend the industrial chain, expand the space for development.(d)Strengthen the deep processing, the development of tea product.(e) The establishment of farmer cooperatives, to build a four-in-one quality management model.(f) Through the promotion of the tea brand strategy-building and information network construction, improve the visibility of tea, and the development of the tea factory in cultural tourism park project.
