Evolutional Pattern Research Of Huairou Chestnut Resource Industrialization

The industrialization management of agriculture, which be considered as the second revolution on agriculture, will have epoch-making influence on improving the income of farmers; enhance the competitive ability of the whole industry, and boosting the general development of the society. As there are few studies and theories on system research of development module on industrialization combined the strategy analyze or evaluation module with the agriculture industrialization theory, this thesis will research on agriculture industrialization from new aspects as strategy analyzes and industrial congregates.Base on plenty researches on related theory and studies, this thesis give a systemic strategy analyze on chestnut industry of Huairou, Beijing, conclude the strength, weakness, opportunity and threaten, synthetically evaluate on the strategically environment with IFE, EFE and SWOT analytical matrix. So the thesis evaluate the industrialization level of the chestnut industry from four aspect, which are the integration, benefit, scope and specialty, point out that the key factor to the industrialization development is to solve the problem of how to set up the dynamical development system and the the industrial congregates system of resource, then frame the development policy according to the facts, and impulse the industry to develop to healthy direction, so that the farmer got more income and enhance the competitive ability of agriculture finally. Besides,the thesis provide the basic principle of the industrialized development module, which is dynamic, systemic, benefit balance and motivated, establish the dynamical structure module of chestnut industry development, and frame the resource congregates tactic according to the policy and the market. The thesis also probe into the steps of establishment of the tactic.
