| China is a great agricultural country, and the problems of agriculture,countryside and peasantry are important ones influencing the overall situation of China's economy and sociaty. Since the year of 1978 the double management system based on household contract management has been carrried out in rural areas in China. It has greatly aroused the farmers' enthusiasm, so agriculture and rural economy have developed fast,and tremendous achievements have been acquired. However, with the deepening of reform, some deep-going contradictions and problems have arisen in the course of development of agriculture and rural economy. To solve these contradictions and problems, Chinese farmers gradually groped out a new model of agricultural industrialization management, with Chinese characteristics. This new agricultural industrialization management model has greatly promoted the progress of agriculture and rural economy.The key issues of development of the industrialization of agriculture are choice of production and operation mode and efficiency improvements. With more than a decade of development, our country has develeped variety of industries business model, such as "company+ farmers", "company+cooperative+farmer", "company+base+farmers" and so on. However, the industrialization of our country's agricultural production and operation mode of development is not perfect, and in actual operation to show a lot of problems, such as orders for the performance of agricultural issues, product quality double "lemon market" problem, a low level of the agricultural industrial chain and the distribution of benefits balance problem, the issue of utilization of agricultural resources agricultural industrial chain risk control, market development lags behind the flow ofagricultural problems, farmers cooperative economic organizations such as the existence of the problem, from the overall point of view, the various modes of operation of the agriculture induistrialization in low efficient.From the industrialization of agriculture production and operation mode of thefarmers involved, enterprises, cooperatives, the four main government relations, The production of small scale farmers in the cause of the transactions and business transactions, such as the status of the situation is not serious. Through the formation of cooperative economic organizations can be part of the scale of production is too small to overcome the problem, but in the cooperative economic organizations, members of the disparity between the production capacity will be a direct result of the small number of people within the organization to control and the difficulties of collective action. Government in respect of farmers, cooperative economic organizations and enterprises are also the relations between the existences of dislocation management, in improving the operational efficiency of the model is not clear. Therefore, the scale of production and management of individual farmers to solve the problem and the basic conditions for the circulation system of agricultural land development and improvement of agriculture and the industrialization of China's production and operation mode of the key to efficiency. Therefore, the conclusion can be gotten: based on the subdivision and rearrangement of owership rights, the scale of farmers'operation can be increased under the basic framwork of agriculture operational institution of household contract management.In this paper, the author study the problems of the existing agricultural industrialization models, based on industry organizaion theory and game theory. The result of analysis discovered the reasons that cause the problems and the mechanism of contradicts occuring along with the existing agricultural industrialization models, then the author brings about corresponding measures to revise the existing agricultural industrialization models. Meanwhile, the author verify the above research through case analysis of agricultural industrialization practice inTaian city Shandong province. |
