In recent years, China's agricultural products retail prices climb to a high extent, and become upward pressure on CPI. And at the same time, growth speed of the incomeof the farmers can not come up with the pace of growth speed of agricultural products. To the agricultural products, a high price will harm the interests of customers, and a lowprice will be injurious to the farmers. However, in some areas, the above two kinds ofcircumstances take place simultaneously. Hence more attention is turning to thecirculation field rather than the production field. In China, after the reform and opening up, the agriculture products circulation runsin the traditional mode which takes numerous middlemen and wholesale markets ascores. Under the traditional mode, agriculture products circulation goes to a poorefficiency and the farmers play roles as price takers which take a price risk. In somedeveloped countries, farmers usually sell their products through peasant specialcooperative organizations. Although they make differences in some details, thecirculation mode based on cooperative organizations could make the profit of thefarmers maximized and keep a high efficiency. Since China has promulgated ThePeople's Republic of farmers' professional cooperatives method in July1st2007,specialized cooperative organizations in rural areas have seen significant development. In the field of agricultural products circulation, many cooperative organizations havemade their own attempt, and some of them have formed some brand new modes. However, the circulation of agricultural products is still the traditional mode-based.Even in some area, farmers who once run in an agricultural products circulation modebased on professional cooperatives have turned into traditional mode recently. Thisphenomenon has attracted my attention. In this paper, there will be researches onspecific forms of agricultural products circulation mode based on professionalcooperatives, advantages and disadvantages among different modes and motivation inchoosing a certain mode. This paper first reviews and combs the related literature at home and abroad, thendefines related concepts. In the third chapter, there is an analysis on the traditionalagricultural circulation mode. Based on this analysis, the paper does a research on thecauses of the disadvantages of traditional agricultural products circulation. In the fourth chapter, there are cases and SWOT analyses on three agricultural products circulationmode based on professional cooperatives. Based on the researches on differentagricultural products circulation mode, the paper analyses the motivation of the subjectof circulation when choosing a certain mode through three different angles: marketstructure analysis, game analysis between different players and transaction cost analysis. In the sixth chapter, this paper introduces agricultural products circulation modes inthree developed countries. Based on the researches above, we propose several policysuggestions.
