The Comparison About Organization Modes Of Agricultural Industrialization Between China And Developed Countries

The organization mode of agricultural industrialization which unites medi-organizations and peasant household is how to distribute resource according to market demand when all kinds of mainbodies influence one another in the system of agricultural industrialization, it is also the key to the success of the agricultural industrialization.This paper is an attempt to study the major obstacles and solutions in china's organizational modes of agricultural industrialization by comparing the main organizational modes between China and developed countries.There are three main kinds of organizational mode of agricultural industrialization in China, they are " enterprise+peasant","cooperative+peasant"and"special market+peasant". Though the agriculture industrialization has developed for many years in our country, but every organizational mode is still at its initial stage and has many problems. In Developed countries such as American,France and Japan, the organizational modes of agricultural industrialization are so perfect and have their own experiences. The reasons on the differences between Chinese and foreign countries'organizational mode mainly rests with the difference of agricultural productivity,market economical foundation and government behavior.After the international comparison and positive analysis, the author brings forward his own viewpoints on how to improve the organizational modes of agricultural industrialization in China. The organizational modes of"enterprise+peasant"and"cooperative+peasant"work very well in developed countries, in China the government must improve the relative policies to make a better economical environment for their development and evolution. In addition the two modes still have many problems nowadays. So the"enterprise+cooperative+peasant"mode is a alternative organizational mode in our country, in some sense this mode absorbs the advantages and avoids disadvantages of the two modes. Finally the author give some advices about the government behavior, the government should make some policies to support the development of all kinds of organizational modes and establish the public infrastructures in the progress of agricultural industrialization, the government must realize all the mainbodies in the agricultural industrialization are independent market economical entity and let them compete and cooperate in the market economy fairly, don't intervene their internal operations.
