Firstly,This paper designs the performance evaluation index system ofagricultural science and technology innovation and the measural indexes ofagricultural economy development,then makes a study on the correlation degreebetween the performance of agricultural science and technology innovation and thedevelopment of the agricultural economy.Secondly,it designs the evaluation indexsystem of the environment of agricultural science and technology innovation,collecting data,and takes a comprehensive evaluation of the agricultural technologicalinnovation environment of Fujian province.Third, taking Fujian province as anexample,takes a tudy on the influencing from the environment to performance ofAgricultural science and technology innovation. The specific researching contents areas follows:The first part is introductory.It presents the study background,studysignificance,study content,study methods,technology routes and the characteristics ofthis study.The second part is literature reviewing.It makes mainly a literature reviewingfrom the science and technology innovation environment, innovation of science andtechnology on the design of performance evaluation index, science and technologyinnovation environment on performance.The third part takes a comprehensive evaluation of the agricultural technologicalinnovation environment of Fujian province, taking Fujian Province as an example.Itanalyzes primarily the connotation and constituent elements of the agricultural scienceand technology innovation environment,basing on which designs the evaluation indexsystem of agricultural science and technology innovation environment, collectingdata,takes a comprehensive evaluation of the agricultural technological innovationenvironment of Fujian province by entropy method.The fourth part takes a tudy on the influencing from the environment toperformance of Agricultural science and technology innovation, taking FujianProvince as an example. Applicating One-Dimension Regression Analysis,it takes aempirical study on the influencing from the environment to performance ofAgricultural science and technology innovation.The fifth part is the policy recommendations of optimizing the environment ofagricultural science and technology innovation for Fujian Province. Specificialy including: increasing the financial investment for innovation of agricultural scienceand technology, building and sounding education and training mechanism ofagriculture science and technology talent, establishing and improving a wide range offund investment mechanism of agricultural science and technology innovation,constructing and perfecting the trading market of agricultural technology, improvingthe cooperative mechanism of official-produce-learn-study for agricultural scienceand technology innovation, improving the extension and service system ofagricultural science and technology.The sixth psrt is the conclusion and prospect of this study,This part summarizesthe conclusions of this study,and proposes the futurer research directions.
