The Reaserch Of The Agricultural Science, Technology And Innovation In Fujian Province

Faced with the complicated international economic situations and the heavydomestic reform, development and stability, the growth rate of domestic economicdevelopment has dropped, and no longer simply pursuit of GDP as the standard ofeconomic development. The fields on the agriculture, the rural areas and the farmerare increasing attentioned, especially the agriculture. As a big agricultural province, inrecent years, Fujian has incresing attention to the agriculture, but in fact theagriculture is weak. The science and technology is the first productivity. Innovationis the source of the social progress. The improvement of the ability of theagricultural’s science and technology and innovation is imperative.Based on the status quo and problems of agricultural science and technologydevelopment in Fujian province, this study combines with the theory of statisticaldescription method, the factor analysis, and study method etc., and evaluates theagricultural science and technology ability. Finally, draw lessons from foreignexperiences, the paper puts forward to the corresponding countermeasures andsuggestions from the Angle of agriculture, countryside and farmers.The results show that on the whole the agricultural science and technologyinnovation ability of Fujian province is increasing improved, but many problems arestill existed. For example, there is less concentrated expression in the scientificresearch funds and personnel; the conversion rate of technological achievements isless low; the dependence of the material consumption is stronger; the system is notreasonable and the farmers’ quality is lower etc. Meanwhile, the research anddevelopment ability, the potential ability, the innovation ability and the contributionability on the agricultural science and technology innovation and the factor analysisare used to showing that the agricultural scientific and technological innovation’sability is increasing. In addition, based on the models of the agricultural science andtechnology development for the United States, Germany, the Netherlands and Israel,we put forward to some feasible suggestions from the agriculture, the rural areas andthe farmer.
