Since the establishment of market economy system in China, along with the policy of promotingurbanization, the government supported real estate industry as a pillar industry. Meanwhile, becauseperformance evaluation system treated the GDP and fiscal revenue growth as the main indicator tothe officials, encouraging real estate investment becomes an important means of the achievementsof local officials. The result was that the development of real estate grew faster than other industriesin ten years. From the initial stage, China's real estate market was an immature market with thedifferences between China and Western called "Chinese characteristics". Current real estate exposedto a series of questions, yet deep-seated problems was that power and capital played decisive rolesin the socio-economic operation. As power and capital with the so-called "market economy"involved in the distribution of income, the way of government-led economic development hasseriously hampered the sustainability of the national economic development. The real estateindustry as a specimen of the current national economic development, fully embodies thedevelopment of this "Chinese characteristics". Under this model, Real estate increasingly departsfrom the way of income distribution according to contribution. This leads to the interests of growthor decline of the real estate industry participants.This paper begins at Interests of the game relationship from the real estate market participant.Then we analyse data of real estate income distribution. Through the analysis of real estate incomedistribution, we take the deep-seated contradictions and resolve paths of real estate industry. Wehope that study of the real estate problems of income distribution can improve the operation of themarket situation, renew the real estate and the structure of Chinese economic and give someconstructive advices which can effectively promote economic restructuring and development.
