Sharing information and whether the information shared is timely and true is of great significance in the supply chain management. But in today's society, distortion and asymmetry make members which are in the supply chain response to customers very slowly, increase inventory, loose cooperative relations, then influence the service level to customers and overall competitiveness of supply chain. And the use of appropriate technology to implement CPFR will deepen cooperation relationship between members in the supply chain in the long term, integrate the business process among members, improve the accuracy of demand forecasting, reduce inventory, reduce the gap between supply and demand and increase customer satisfaction, and ultimately enhance the core competitiveness of supply chain. Therefore building CPFR collaborative commerce platform plays a great role in making the supply chain management efficient and orderly. The effective implementation of CPFR requires members in the supply chain to share information, data transmission between applications, but information sharing and data transmission technology are faced with adverse condition such as dynamic distribution of the members in the supply chain, heterogeneous information platform, how to integrate this heterogeneous application systems, eliminate information silos in the supply chain to realize CPFR collaborative business goal will be a major challenge. This paper builds a CPFR collaborative business platform based on SOA architecture to achieve CPFR goal from perspective of combination with IT Technology and supply chain collaboration.Given the current CPFR theory only provide ideas and framework and didn't give a specific method to implement CPFR, this paper presents a practical CPFR business and technical solutions. This paper firstly introduces CPFR which is prior to the traditional inventory management theory relatively and the difficulties of the implementation of CPFR and the solutions of these difficulties:build collaborative sale forecast model based on combination forecast theory to improve CPFR collaborative forecast accuracy and solve abnormal predict which are brought by differences of forecast models of supply chain enterprises; build a multi-echelon inventory, cost model to achieve the overall supply chain inventory cost optimization by solving the model through genetic algorithms; build SOA-based CPFR collaborative commerce platform in order to share information between members. After analysing CPFR business process, this paper conducted a study on the technology of CPFR-SOA, and service modeling with SOAD. Finally, this paper gives an application and implementation of the CPFR based on SOA architecture with X company, including CPFR implementation process of Company X and the construction process of CPFR collaborative commerce platform based on SOA.
