In recent years, rapid development of China's civil aviation situation, airline traffic is growing year by year, to protect the safety of increasing pressure, in the case of a substantial increase in the number of traffic and aircraft, we must take more effective management methods to reduce the accident rate. The airline's safety performance evaluation is an important part of the safety management system (SMS) is a proactive, ex ante solution to the problem is an important part of early warning of risks of air traffic safety, but also to test the entire company run the security situation and the safety management system is an important component of the effectiveness of implementation. Organizational citizenship behavior has been proposed, a lot of research focused performance with the correlation analysis of organizational citizenship behavior and job performance, organizational citizenship behavior can enhance organizational performance, enhance organizational management, organizational behavior theory and confirmed by practice, but on are very few detailed studies of organizational citizenship behavior dimensions and the relationship between team performance, in particular the impact of organizational citizenship behavior on the specific performance is rarely involved, especially the impact on the safety performance of organizational citizenship behavior is almost blank. Study of airline safety management system with the air unsafe events continue to unfold, more and more the attention of scholars, Chinese scholars on the impact factors of safety performance to stay in the safety culture, safety climate, and no extension employee behavior on the safety performance.Airline staff for research, analysis of organizational citizenship behavior of airline staff, to evaluate the safety performance of the airline employees; build the theoretical model of the airline employees' organizational citizenship behavior and safety performance through reference mature questionnaires and airlines operations the actual situation in the design of airline employees' organizational citizenship behavior and safety performance questionnaires, and field research; on the basis of the theory and data, the establishment of the relational model of organizational citizenship behavior and safety performance of airline employees, and the corresponding assumptions with SPSS, the AMOS software, data validation to verify that the constructed model and the hypothesis put forward to help airlines to find a particular feature dimension of organizational citizenship behavior on the safety performance of the specific impact of factors to take measures corresponding scientific responses through encourage employees to organizational citizenship behavior, thereby enhancing the performance of the personal safety of staff, to improve the overall safety performance of airlines.Airline staff organizational citizenship behavior through questionnaires and data analysis is divided into the company identity, altruistic behavior among colleagues, individual initiative, interpersonal harmony and protect corporate resources five dimensions of the safety performance of employees is defined as behavior performance divided into the three dimensions of the level of safe behavior, safety responsibility and safety training. Empirical research show that organizational citizenship behavior and safety performance scale has good reliability and validity, and verification and correction of the relational model and the hypothesis of organizational citizenship behavior and safety performance of airlines employees. Different gender, age, educational background and length of service of employees in the organizational citizenship behavior and safety performance there are some differences, the airline employees' organizational citizenship behavior on the safety performance was a significant positive effect.
