But support of system theory is still in short of, which is this reason the government of the relevant departments and enterprises are confused.So,I also take the situation and try my best to sex up topic of to"Research on Commercial Circle Layout of Underdeveloped Cities".The thesis's whole rout:(1)Finding and retrieving the latest dynamic of the plan of commercial circle of city.(2)Making further recogniztion about the theories of the city's commercial circle. Analysizing all the theories and knowledge the plan of commercial circle.on this basis,to find the major factors influencing of commercial circle,including three parts:external factors, internal factors,time factors. Then, to build a relationship model about these three factores.Through the relationship model making conclusion that external factors and internal are two main factors. Time factors is the a natural continue under external factors and internal factors. And these three factors include 11 credibility influence invisor ,through analysizing these invisor and finding local policy, human resources, business network points, funds occupy the top four.(3) Take a specific example--- business circle layout situation of WuLanChaBu city based on these three factors .And finding existing business network points saturation is lowand can't meet the demand of the city's population. From the perspective of market structure the whole city view of new formats is extensive and business is also low grade.and rarely structure of the business is also low grade. Finally, in this kind of situation , gives more suited to the city layout of the district suggestion.(4) Finally,giving more rational suggestion of the layout of commercial circle about underdevelopment and middle-to-small city.
