In recent years, the joint efforts of China and North Africa economic and trade has developed rapidly. The rapid growth of trade of China and North Africa proves that, the Chinese and North Africa trade is mutually beneficial, both sides are willing to actively promote their economic cooperation. When new China was established, most North African countries had not yet gained independence, only Egypt and Morocco had economic and trade exchanges with China. The late fifties to the seventies of twentieth century, many North African countries gained their independence and established diplomatic relations with China, which has laid a good foundation for the political, economic and trade cooperation between China and North Africa. From the beginning the trade dimension was very small but with the time passed, begun to take shape continuously after china enhanced smooth implementation of comprehensive reform and opening up policy; China and North Africa economic and trade relations made new progress in the areas of cooperation between the two sides. Both sides continue to broaden cooperation in an effort to further promote the diversification of economic and trade relations between China and North Africa.This article is drafted from the new factors of production theory, product life cycle theory, the theory of marginal industrial expansion of small-scale technology, analyzes the theoretical basis of Chinese and North Africa economic and trade relations. Course of development and status quo of Chinese and North Africa economic and trade cooperation, analysis of factors affecting the economic and trade relations between China and North Africa and the pros and cons and provide suggestions to further promote the in-depth development of China and North Africa economic and trade cooperation.This article studies the economic and trade relations between China and North Africa which have a strong theoretical significance and practical significance. This chapter summarizes and analyzes the China and North Africa economic and trade cooperation and development in four phases, especially the introduction and analysis of economic and trade development of China and North Africa region in2010, further analysis of the prospects for the development of economic and trade relations between China and North Africa.
