In recent years, the joint efforts of China and North Africa economic and trade has developed rapidly. The rapid growth of trade of China and North Africa proves that, the Chinese and North Africa trade is mutually beneficial, both sides are willing to actively promote their economic cooperation. When new China was established, most North African countries had not yet gained independence, only Egypt and Morocco had economic and trade exchanges with China. The late fifties to the seventies of twentieth century, many North African countries gained their independence and established diplomatic relations with China, which has laid a good foundation for the political, economic and trade cooperation between China and North Africa. From the beginning the trade dimension was very small but with the time passed, begun to take shape continuously after china enhanced smooth implementation of comprehensive reform and opening up policy; China and North Africa economic and trade relations made new progress in the areas of cooperation between the two sides. Both sides continue to broaden cooperation in an effort to further promote the diversification of economic and trade relations between China and North Africa.This article is drafted from the new factors of production theory, product life cycle theory, the theory of marginal industrial expansion of small-scale technology, analyzes the theoretical basis of Chinese and North Africa economic and trade relations. Course of development and status quo of Chinese and North Africa economic and trade cooperation, analysis of factors affecting the economic and trade relations between China and North Africa and the pros and cons and provide suggestions to further promote the in-depth development of China and North Africa economic and trade cooperation.This article studies the economic and trade relations between China and North Africa which have a strong theoretical significance and practical significance. In the theoretical sense, by analyzing the theoretical basis of economic and trade relations between China and North Africa:the theory of the new factors of production, the product life cycle theory, the theory of marginal industrial expansion and the small-scale technical theory, combined with the actual situation in China and North Africa, from the academic theory analyzed how China and North Africa avoid weaknesses in bilateral trade, researching on China and North Africa which lay the foundation for subsequent scholars from academic theory. In a practical sense, by analyzing the course of development of economic and trade relations between China and North Africa and the status quo, analysis of influencing factors and pros and cons of economic and trade relations between China and North Africa, analysis of domestic factors and international factors of economic and trade cooperation between China and North Africa, favorable and unfavorable conditions of China and North Africa economic and trade cooperation, provide a good proposal to promote the in-depth development of China and North Africa economic and trade cooperation.Research on economic and trade relations between China and North Africa, the main content is structured as follows:The first part is introduction. This chapter first analyzes the background, purpose and significance, the significance of this article includes two parts:the theoretical significance and practical significance, and on this basis this article describes the research methods and the main contents of the study.The first chapter is the theoretical basis. This chapter summed up the analysis inherent in the economic and trade relations between China and North Africa economic theoretical basis, such as:new factors of production theory, product life cycle theory, marginal industrial expansion of small-scale technical theory, the basis of these economic theories analyzed below between China and North Africa lay the foundation for the actual situation of economic and trade.The second chapter is the China and North Africa economic and trade cooperation, development and current situation. This chapter summarizes and analyzes the China and North Africa economic and trade cooperation and development in four phases, especially the introduction and analysis of economic and trade development of China and North Africa region in2010, further analysis of the prospects for the development of economic and trade relations between China and North Africa. On this basis, finally, described the general situation of China's foreign direct investment inflows to North African Arab countries are.The third chapter is analysis of the influencing factors of China and North Africa economic and trade relations and the pros and cons. This chapter first analyzes the domestic factors of economic and trade cooperation between China and North Africa, and then analyzes the international factors of economic and trade cooperation between China and North Africa.The fourth chapter is suggestions to further promote in-depth development of China and North Africa economic and trade cooperation. This chapter first put forward the proposal of Chinese direct investment in North African Arab countries, this proposal include the China's selection of type of direct investment and selection of investment industry in the North African Arab countries.Conclusions, this paper, analysis the theoretical basis of economic and trade relations between China and North Africa, in combining development course of economic and trade cooperation with China and North Africa and the status quo, a comprehensive analysis of factors affecting the economic and trade relations between China and North Africa and its current situation and pros and cons, think that the complemented advantages of China and North Africa, expanded common interests, economic and trade cooperation has broad prospects.
