After the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Africancountries, bilateral relations have made significant new progress. As of2013, Chinahas established trade relations with53African countries. When the China-AfricaCooperation Forum was established in2000, the total bilateral trade was only$106billion. By the year2013, China-Africa trade volume reached to$2102。4billion, anincrease of200times more than the initial total bilateral trade in the year2000. Thisexplains the rapid development of China-Africa trade relations. However, we cannotdeny the existence of negative factors associated with trade cooperation anddevelopment between China and Africa, which requires in-depth analysis of ourstrategies and measures to further promote China-Africa economic growth and tradecooperation and development.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter starts with anintroduction, followed by the main body which describes the origin, purpose,significance and the related domestic and foreign research status summary andanalysis. The second chapter analyzes the history and current development status ofChina-Africa trade development cooperation. In this chapter, the author carried out aresearch analysis in accordance with the characteristics of China-Africa tradecooperation at different stages of the research, with a view to explore the new featuresof the development of China-African trade cooperation. The third chapter discussesthe favorable factors promoting bilateral trade cooperation, including political mutual trust and complementary basis for economic and bilateral interests and needs as wellas to promote the development of international economic environment, etc. Thefourth chapter discusses the problems and constraints of China-Africa tradecooperation process, mainly from non-internal and external environment andinternational perspective. The fifth chapter deals with China-Africa bilateral tradecooperation problems and the proposed corresponding countermeasure that furtherpromote the rapid China-Africa economic and trade cooperation and development inhealth sector. Finally the concluding section of the paper summarizes the whole viewsdiscussed.In this paper, empirical analysis, case analysis, comparative analysis andinductive analysis method have been used to study the different stages of thedevelopment process and trade cooperation between China and Africa. The analysis ofthe characteristics of the development of China-Africa trade has favorable factors forpromoting development trade, to explore the series of problems that exist, draw ahuge space for development of China-Africa trade and development prospects andresults, however, the development of a single trade structure, trade friction and poorbusiness environment and other issues are worthy of our attention.
