SME development is a worldwide issue, is a long subject. Both the developed and developing countries, there are a large number of small and medium enterprises. Whether past, present, or future, there is the issue of SMEs. Throughout the world, regardless of their economic development at that stage, the country's economic development in small and medium enterprises are an integral part. Present, along with the deepening of economic globalization, SMEs faced with unprecedented competitive pressure which the pressure of competition from the international market especially. In the context of a globalized out to explore the international market has become an inevitable trend. Similarly, as the leaders of small and medium enterprises more and more profound understanding of the importance and necessity of international marketing enterprises. China's SMEs have been the starting point is low, costs are low, the comprehensive competitiveness, the face of complicated international competitive market, often beyond their grasp.
