With the development of the computer's technology, advanced viewpoints such as "Intelligent Tourism" Man-Computer Exchange" put forward the new demand to the way government manages the tourism industry. As an official release oftourism information, government information website plays a significant role in tourism destination marketing communication. However, there are many defects on the operational process of the current tourism information website, such as slow updating,lack of content,poor interaction. From the view of the users, how does users evaluate the website? Can the website information resource satisfy user's needs? User satisfaction of government tourism information website will become one of the main criteria for measuring their advantages and disadvantages.Therefore, using Beijing tourism information website as the object of study, this paper dealt with how to measure its user satisfaction. Then, according to empirical results, we found out several key factors, which can provide solid foundation for website optimization. Through reviewing the theory of customer satisfaction and the character of government tourism information website, we proposed user satisfaction assessment model of government tourism information website. In order to test concept model and hypothesizes, we used online inquiry to collect relevant date and then carried out empirical analysis. Usingstructural equation modeling, we analyzed the relationship of the major structure.At the same time, we proposed several polices to enhance user satisfaction.
