In the information economy time, obtaining information on scarce resources effectively and mastering the priority right of resources'use are the keys to enterprises'success in the fierce competition market for Chinese enterprises, especially for small-medium enterprises. Fight for information and resources become more and more intense between enterprises. In this situation, how to keep good performance becomes the important problem to many enterprises. Entrepreneurial Social Capital as a concept of getting resources through the relationship network is gaining currency in business circles and academia.This research on manufacturing SMEs studies entrepreneurial social capital's impact on team cohesion and its impact on corporate performance through empirical analysis. Based on the analysis of social capital and cohesion on current condition whining manufacturing SMEs in Zibo city, this paper has proposed a conceptual modeling. This paper defined scale dimension and strength dimension for entrepreneurial social capital, task cohesion and communication cohesive for team cohesion. This paper establishes the model and puts forward the research hypothesis to inspect the role of team cohesion between entrepreneurial social capital and enterprise performance.This study collects the dates with the manufacturing SMEs'entrepreneur as the object through designing the questionnaire, and then makes use of the SPSS software for data analysis. Through the analysis, the paper discusses the influence and function between entrepreneurial social capital and enterprise performance and the role of team cohesion between entrepreneurial social capital and enterprise performance.
