| Whether a company has core competence, whether it can survive in today's brutallycompetitive environment, it depends largely on the company's strategic system and thebusiness development ideas which matched with the enterprise development. Theexistence of the business problem, then with the spirit of problem-solving attitude, wecan explore a strategy for enterprise development.In this paper based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of KSCompany, the author employed the sustainable development strategy for KS Company.The author used SWOT analysis matrix, BCG matrix, IFE matrix, EFE matrix and theStrategic Value Chain analysis and PEST analysis tool in this paper. After furtherdiscussion, the author believes that KS Company's development strategy shouldstrengthen the introduction of talent on the basis of this strategy, and then improve thecompany's management mechanism, development opportunities and geographicadvantages for the company's competitive advantage.Firstly the paper analyzed the KS Company's status of human resources, finance,enterprise management framework. The conclusions are listed that KS Company has thefollowing advantages such as a strong brand, whole business chains, company's staffcohesion and the local government's support and investment and relative stability.While currently the KS Company's own disadvantages are lack of a large number ofoutstanding talents of tall record of formal schooling, employees made of kinships andthe relatively simple company's system. And the author analyzed the externalenvironment of KS Company (Macro environment) and status of the company'seconomic, political, cultural and technical environment. Finally, we figured out the KSCompany's opportunities and threats, laid the foundation to explore and develop thecompany's development strategy. Then, the author analyzed the Jiangsu Province'stextile industry i.e. KS industry environment, to discuss the advantages and industryfactors of KS Company's influence. Secondly, the author analyzed the KS Company'sinternal environment and introduced the basic situation of KS Company. Article presented several proposals about the KS Company's development. KSCompany should step up the improvement of the service system and the company'semployee's welfare. Meanwhile the development strategy of related diversification andadding value to the enterprise from other fields can be good options to attempt.The investigation focused on the development strategy of KS Company in the hopeof providing experience and enlightenments for Jiangsu province textile enterprise andother industry enterprises. |
