The high speed development of economy,the spread of the Internet and theconsumption ideas set solid foundation for the consumption development. Thedevelopment of our country network consumption starts later, but development rate israpidder. The number of Internet users from22,500,000in2000to513,000,000inJanuary2012. The per capita annual consumption of network from1100yuan in2000to2700yuan in2011, the data fully reflects the network consumption in China isdeveloping very fast nearly10years. But the notable fact is that the rapid developmentalso reflects much problems, such as network security, credibility index, governmentregulation and capital safety problems still need to be further improved.This article begans from the network consumption concept. This paper studies thedefinition network consumption refers to the consumption of network, not merely theshopping network, which can be a more comprehensive analysis of the networkconsumption in China. In order to refine the research object, this paper combined withdomestic scholars on the network consumption of the classification methods and theChina Internet Network Information Center network consumption content segments ofnetwork consumption, will be divided into four categories: searching for information,electronic commerce, telecommunications, entertainment and leisure. In this paper, thenetwork consumption main body mainly refers to the individual. Characteristics of ourcountry network consumption is obvious, such as age, income, education etc.. Thearticle analysizs the network consumerption scale, speed, IP, website, webpage,computers with internet access and total international bandwidth for date analysis fromthe present situation and existing problems, and points out our country networkinfrastructure likely to become one of the obstacles to the network consumption inChina, especially the the number of IPv4addresses is about to run out.Our country network consumption situation is caused by many reasons. In order tofurther explore China network consumption factors, the article draws lessons from theforeign network consumption factors theory and empirical analysis, combined withChina's specific situation, using economics, consumer economics, and the analysis ofmodels, from the price, income, consumption experience, main characteristics, networkshopping guide, online length analysis of our country network consumption factors. Thepaper preliminary explorate the mutual influence between various factors. Based ontheoretical models, the paper selects the annual per capita income, the number of Internet users, the number of sites, online time. According to the China InternetNetwork Information Center (CNNIC) and Internet Data Center (DCCI) from1999to2012published statistical reports, using SPSS13.0statistical software, makes theregression analysis for these four factors. This paper explains the regression equation.Finally, based on the influence factors of theoretical and empirical analysis model,combining the current situation of the development of China's network consumption,this paper makes several suggestions.
