| In the long time, the transformation and development of the resource-based cityeconomy has been a major issue puzzling economic sustainable development inShanxi Province. Since the reform and opening up, resource-based small andmedium-sized cities of Shanxi Province made great contributions to the economicconstruction and energy demands of Shanxi Province and the whole country. But withthe coal resources exploitation, resource-based small and medium-sized cities ofShanxi Province will experience a development process of economic prosperity,economic depression and economic recovery. In2010,"national resource-basedeconomic transformation synthetically reform test area was set up in Shanxi Province,which made the transformation and development of the resource-based city economyin Shanxi Province as the focus of attention.Through the investigation and analysis of the economic transformation ofresource-based city at home and abroad, according to the basic theory, this articledefines the concept of resource-based city, resource-based small and medium-sizedcities of Shanxi Province, the economic transformation of resource-based small andmedium-sized cities of Shanxi Province. According to the foundation of thedevelopment of theory of economic transformation of resource-based city, itconcludes that the practical significance of the economic transformation ofresource-based city.This paper takes HeJinShi as an example, analyzes theachievements and the problems they faced in the transformation of the economicdevelopment, and further expounds the cause of the problems. Then it selects the typical case of successful economic transformation of resource-based cities at homeand abroad, on the basis of the above, puts forward the thought with the governmentsupport and the specific countermeasures, finally finds a way adapting toresource-based small and medium-sized cities of Shanxi Province, especially the rightroad for HeJinShi economic transformation. |
