In recent years China’s situation, outsourcing become a trend and fashion, there are quite a few foreign firms have a high salary to hire experts in human resources or human resource management in Colleges and universities is well-known consulting company diagnosis consulting firms, which for the foreign-funded enterprises restructuring and scientific development of human resources planning to provide the corresponding help, or escrow transactional functions of human resource management.
