These may reduce the cost, and to realize the national policy for the energy saving and emission reduction, make the power generation enterprise, power grid enterprise, power users allwin, then can provide more employment opportunities, and reduce the surplus labor force in minority regions, promoting the economic development and social stability in minority regions, be helpful for construct our socialism harmonious society.In this paper, the power multilateral trading based on the research status at home and abroad, combined the related theory of power multilateral trading with characteristics of minority regions'economic and social development, analyzed the advantages and problems of implementation in minority regions'power multilateral trading. And then, combined the practical situation of the minority regions with the characteristics of power multilateral trading, to research and analysis the overall target and the construction content of power multilateral trading, and put forward the general market mode of multilateral trade in minority regions. At last, through the example to describe the specific market mode of power multilateral trading in minority regions, including market access conditions, market transaction mode, etc., and the calculation analyse the contrast front and back of power multilateral trading in minority regions, and the benefit influence among power generation enterprise, power grid enterprise and power users.
