Research On The Risk Management System Of Electricity Charges In Electric Power Company

With rapidly development of power electric market, the amount of electricity charges and business related to capital increase gradually, which needs more useful and effectively method to manage electricity charges. Due to uncompleted informatization and intensification recently, frontline staff has chance to handle with electricity charges with no effective supervise. It is necessary to take measures to avoid great economical loss caused by staff corruption and error, which not only rely on technical tools but also building risk management system included setting the same standard of whole electricity charges business process and post of staff. The risk management system should integrate all of trivial business process about electricity charges to form a kind of closed loop model that staff can be guided with standard before work, be managed under supervised during work, be evaluated with index after work in order to guarantee whole business unit running orderly and safely. This paper analyzes present situation of electricity charges management in electricity power company, and considers related research of risk management, financial risk management system and internal control mechanism of enterprises to try to build effectively risk management system of power company to resolve the electric power company current problems in aspect of electricity charges management.
