Sustainable Utilization Based On Low Carbon Economy Of Agricultural Land Evaluation Study

As carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions is increasing day by day, the problem of global climate has become the hot topic of the world, low carbon concept in economic and social fields. Agriculture in the study and practice of carbon emission reduction has became the economic development of a new power and engine.In this paper, the author take Yuanan County for example.By consulting Literature Survey,Social survey method, comparative method, the analytic hierarchy process, Delphi method, multi-index integrated assessment method.The author study the four aspects:Firstly, analyed the existing sustainable land use evaluation system, to come the sustainable use of the evaluation system of agriculture land;Secondly, To create agricultural land of low-carbon economy evaluation index system;Third, the evaluation system of low-carbon economy integrate into sustainable use of the evaluation system;Finally,to analy the evaluation of systems analysis. Reached the following conclusions:Firstly, To evauate sustainable utilization of agricultural land resource in Yuanan County.The grades from2005to2010of sustainable utilization of agricultural land resource in Yuanan County are preliminary sustainability, sustainable, basic sustainable, preliminary sustainability, preliminary sustainability;Secondly,to evauate low carbon economy development of agricultural land resource in Yuanan County, The grades from2005to2010of low carbon economy development of agricultural land resource in Yuanan County are initial stage of low-carbon development;Finally, To compare three evaluation, The grades from2005to2010of resource sustainable utilization based on low carbon economy of agricultural land resource in Yuanan County are preliminary sustainability, preliminary sustainable, preliminary sustainable, basic sustainable, preliminary sustainable, preliminary sustainability.In order to compare the results of the three evaluation, it is result that the impaction of the low-carbon development to sustainable land use is less than contempt, there is a direct impact on Low-carbon ups and downs to the sustainable use of evaluation, Low-carbon development is another major theme of today's sustainable land use evaluation.
