Chuzhou Cigarette Factory Automated Logistics System Planning And Design

All of the analyses are based on relevant logistics and logistics technology. Considered the situation in tobacco industry and our factory, the feasibility of constructing this project item is analyzed particularly. Meanwhile, the whole framework of this item is calculated and designed. Based on these study results, the basic blue print of this thesis is established. And then the equipments that composed of the whole system are calculated, designed and selected. Also, the design of electric control system, monitoring systems and computer management systems is carried out, on which the operating of whole systems are relied.The cigarette factory automation logistics system is satisfied with the development of tobacco industry and the practical requirements of Chuzhou cigarette factory. It is practicability and economy for the development of the factory. The successful operation of this project item achieved effective link of corporation producing and information pickup with management decision-making. The results reveal that it can significantly improve the manufacture logistics efficiency and decrease the labor intensity. Besides, the output of cigarette production, the distribution of production, the cost and value can be known entirely, timely and exactly. Indeed, the development of cigarette product automated sorting and warehousing system make an important contribution to advance the competitiveness of corporation in the current marketplace. And it is valuable for the economy benefits of the society. It should be also mentioned that this working result can be widely used in the other cigarette factory automation logistics system.
