Research On Logistics System Improvement Of YNTCSC Company In Yunnan Province

In recent years, as the international market becomes increasingly competitive, global economic integration process accelerates. internationalization, globalization, new change has taken place in purchasing industry. Traditional purchasing industry was regarded as back-stage management in enterprise logistics management, and the current procurement as the core content of the enterprise logistics management, which is placed in the foreground office system management. Especially in the circumstance of over capacity and increasingly competitive marketing, procurement logistics is the main way to maximize the profit of enterprises. It can be said that the purchase logistics and enterprise logistics management are of the same importance for phosphate & compound fertilizer industry as the enterprise profit point. The significance of the logistics of purchasing are important and it plays a important role. It not only reduces the investment in logistics of phosphate & compound fertilizer enterprise and optimizes the supply chain relationship, but also to strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction, which is conducive to the cultivation of enterprise competitive capability.In this paper, the author takes one fertilizer factory as an example, starting with the characteristics and methods of TPL in fertilizer factory, to analyze the logistics management problems, and to expound its development trend. Combining with the theory of supply chain management, purchasing management theory, this paper analyzes the supply chain under the form of a systematic study of the procurement. Taking YNTCSC as the example, the problems and the causes of the current situation of the logistics management of the real estate industry refined fertilizer factory are analyzed. At the same time, the paper puts forward the basic ways to of logistics management in phosphate & compound fertilizer enterprises, to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to a great extent. Through this study, the author hopes to put forward the feasible basis and decision to reduce logistics in our country’s fertilizer factory fertilizer industry.This paper starts with the current situation to analyze the problems in logistics management and to formulate feasible measures for improvement by using knowledge and combining with practice. And from the aspects of "person, machine, material, method, environment and other factors, the author creatively integrates resource allocation, optimization, process analysis and engineering as a whole. And influence factor of raw materials, transport and unloading, plant logistics, finished loading and shipping system on efficiency is analyzed and measures are put forward.
