In order to satisfy the strategical thoughts requirement that weather forecast is supposed to develop more finer which China Meteorological Administration has put forward,to solve the problems of the low accuracy rates and the high missing and vacancy forecast rates of precipitation and a part of disastrous wheather forecast (such as hail), which is lead by the small number that precipitation monitoring station has distributed and the situation that tipp-bucket rain-gauge in automatic wheather station in existence is difficult to measure the precipitation that is less than0.1mm, as a result it is not easy to gain the truth of the small range precipitation.This paper has suggested and designed a precipitation information collection platform that is low-cost,high-practicability and tensive distribution.The rain sensor is based on capacitive and piezoelectric theory,with temperature sensor it is specially used to gain the start and stop time of precipitation and distinct the precipitation types.Making use of the ZigBee wireless communication technology based on CC2530,the platform has constituted the network transmission system of precipitation data which can implement the real time transmission of the precipitation information.The platform has made use of VC setting to design a datebase to storyage history precipitation information,which can implement the reference of history precipitation information.At the same time this paper has developed a real-time display interface of precipitation monitoring stations based on Google Earth API.The platform can not only collect the true precipitation information which is used to correct precipitation forecast to increase the accuracy rates,but also gain different kinds of precipitation types which helps the improvement of the accuracy rates of disastrous wheather forecast such as hail.In addition,for this platform’ tensive distribution it can reduce large numbers of people and resource.This paper has mainly focused on the capacitive value of the capacitive rain sensor palisade capacitance and the relation betwwen the length, width,interval and number of the electrode and then designed a kind of high sensitive palisade capacitance,combining with555oscillating circuit to translate the capacitance caused by precipitation signal to frequency-changed electric signal.At the same time this paper has designed a charge amplifier—a kind of piezoelectric sensor rain signal.In order to increase the rain precision, this paper has put forward these projects such as the installation of rain sensor,heating device,the judement of the start and stop time of precipitation,the distinction of precipitation types and so on.Owing to the fact that rain sensor collective station is widely distributing and tensive,this paper has contrasted many kinds of communication protocol synthetically and finally confirme to use the precipitation information transmition project based on ZigBee.After having lucubrated the ZigBee protocol architecture and network equipment and topological structure, this paper has programmed the rain sensor signal disposal and information transmission under the IAR program.For solving the issue of power supply outdoors, this paper has design a storage battery power supply circuit which is charged by sun.In view of the stability,consicion of the whole platform and the available utility of resource, this paper has been used CC2530systems on chips(SOC) as the main controller and designed its radio frequency(RP) circuit and power supply circuit reasonably.Test results show that:This platform basically has achived anticipation aim.It could memorize precisely the start and stop time of precipitation and the simple classification of precipitation types.It could transmit datas precisely when the quality of communication is fine and provide the precipitation distributing information in time which satisfies the requirement of precipitation forecast accuracy rates that is used for qualitative evaluation.
