| The Geographic Information System (GIS), is a production of the earth science and Information science, is a collection of computer science, geography, environmental science, space science, Information science, it is one of the emerging edge science, on the supporting of computer software and hardware System, based on the geographical spatial data, collecting, storage, management.It analysis and descripts the whole or the part of the earth’s surface,space and the distribution of related Information System. E-government information resources refer to the geographic space on earth space position which directly or indirectly relate to the e-government information resources, geographic space information resources and the intersection of e-government information resources.Each department affairs system application layer, partial unit has established on the government geographic library and layer, and most of departments still fails to establish it. In the construction of the system, every system’s service object, data storage, the support of data sharing aspects are not establishing a unified planning, construction, fragmented, there are not unified interfaces between database, data communication, resource can not sharing, which has caused a large number of redundant construction works, and caused information island phenomenon. In order to solve these problems, the government constructs e-government district-level geographic space information system, it will integrate the department various geographic space information and data base layer together, so that each department can provide an effective auxiliary method for its work. At the same time, it also provided by the municipal WFS, standard interfaces, WMS selectively call city map of existing data, added into district-level platform, using WebGIS technology to release the geographic space information data, provide user to query, retrieval and analysis GIS information, etc. The e-government information resource sharing and exchanging geographic space information platform, provides safety certificat ion, directory service, authorized service and series of services, realizes the function that each department can efficiently and quickly share data and relate services on the unity based.This paper expounds:First, the geographical information system:a basic concept, classification and system composition, the realization of GIS;Second, the processing of using the CIS technology combined with our e-government information resources, and using geographical space ARCIMS technology combined with Java EE platform, constructing a district government geographic space information system.;Third,the processing of using functional testing, structural tests, black-box testing, white-box testing method to test the district-level geographic space information system. |
